The Gala, held at The Clubhouse at Peacock Gap, commemorated five decades of By the Bay Health’s leadership in hospice and palliative care. The event also launched the Pathways to Care Careers initiative, a groundbreaking program designed to cultivate the next generation of healthcare professionals through strategic academic partnerships and workforce development.
